But who has time for a bath these days?! Sometimes all we get is a few minutes for a quick shower before work or bed. Luckily these Cold Season Shower Discs are a great way for you to enjoy your essential oils. All it takes is a few simple ingredients you already have in your pantry.
Once they’re baked, store them in an airtight container in your bathroom. Before you pop in the shower, add a few drops of essential oils and place the disc just outside the spray to enjoy the aroma and benefits of your oils. This combination of Rosalina, Ho Wood, and Mandarin will help boost your immune system, clear your breathing, and help you feel relaxed. It’s perfect for when you’re struggling with cold symptoms and need to get back on your feet.
Cold Season Shower Discs
What you’ll need:
- 1 cup baking soda
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ⅓ cup water
- Silicone Mold
- 3 drops Rosalina
- 2 drops Ho Wood
- 2 drops Mandarin
Add all these products to your cart
What you’ll do:
Mix baking soda, cornstarch, salt and water in a bowl. Place mixture into the molds and bake at 300 for 30 minutes. Once cooled, remove discs from mold and store in an airtight jar.
To use:
Just before a shower, remove one pre-baked shower disc from your airtight jar. Add your 3 drops Rosalina, 2 drops Ho Wood and 2 drops Mandarin directly to the disc and let them soak in. Place your disk with added essential oils in the shower, just outside of the direct water spray. Inhale to help support respiration.
