Master Blend Instructions
What you’ll need:
- 20 drops Bergamot (calms the mind and lifts the spirit)
- 14 drops Orange Sweet (helps with nervous tension, sadness)
- 3 drops Sandalwood Australian (helps to quiet mental chatter and is wonderfully calming, which helps reduce nervous tension and agitated emotions)
- 5 drops Neroli (comforting and effective essential oil when dealing with grief, nervous tension, or exhaustion)
What you’ll do:
Diffusion: Add 5 -6 drops and enjoy!
Blend: Add 9 drops per ounce of a carrier for a 1% dilution. Use unscented lotion or another favorite carrier to nourish the skin.
Personal Inhaler: Add 15 drops
