Plus cleaners made with non-toxic ingredients can help you get out those tough stains without the potential harm other toxic chemicals can do to sensitive skin if you’re not wearing gloves. Due to its versatility, baking soda is an excellent cleaning agent which can be used to remove tough stains, eliminate foul odors, and clean tough areas like tile grout. Incorporating Castile soap into this DIY was the icing on the cake. If you aren’t familiar with it, Castile soap is a vegetable oil based soap used to cut through grime. This DIY is just what you need to nail spring cleaning!
Fresh Picked Citrus Soft Scrub Cleaner DIY
What you’ll need:
- 1 cup baking soda
- ¼ cup Castile soap
- 2-4 Tbsp water
- 20 drops Fresh Picked Citrus
What you’ll do:
To make your soft scrub cleaner, combine baking soda, Castile soap, and essential oils in a small bowl. Add water until it reaches the consistency of a soft paste. Use scrub to polish sinks, tubs, and other hard-to-clean surfaces.
