Meet the New Addition to the Family: Spruce Black!

New Spruce Black & Spruce Black Organic Essential Oils are at Plant TherapySurprise! Plant Therapy is adding ANOTHER new essential oil to our line up!

This one comes from the breathtaking boreal forests of Canada. If you’re a fan of the crisp, fresh aroma of coniferous oils, you are going to absolutely love this new addition — Spruce Black and Spruce Black Organic!

For hundreds of years, the amazing therapeutic properties of Spruce Black have been used in ointments, salves, and lotions designed to help soothe muscular discomfort. It also helps to ease that feeling of tight breathing we may get when seasonal allergies begin to take over. Plus, it’s the perfect time to unleash this oil, since its uplifting aroma is wonderful to help lift away feelings of sluggishness we can get as the weather starts to get colder and the days begin to shorten.

So, what’s the best way to use Spruce Black?

It’s energizing and helpful for congestion; diffuse it alone or add in a little something extra, like Cedarwood, Lemon, or Lavender, and make a new blend to adore!

If you have tight, overexerted muscles that need some relief, mix 4 drops of Spruce Black, 3 drops each of Chamomile Roman and Cedarwood, and 2 drops of Copaiba Oleoresin with 1 ounce of your favorite Plant Therapy carrier oil. Massage onto those sore muscles or use this blend for an overall very relaxing massage.

Or, try this wonderful roll-on blend to help boost your immune system, even when the winter illnesses start to attack!
