At the end of a long day, I want my beauty routine to be simple. These neat little eye makeup removers are easy to make, easy to use, and leave your eyes gently moisturized.
It’s the season for late night holiday parties and long waits at the store. Not to mention staying up to wrap gifts and bake treats. It’s definitely a good time to simplify. *Before you ask, no, I do not recommend adding any essential oils to these. Save those for your serums.
What you’ll need:
- Round cotton pads
- Airtight container
- Assorted carrier oils {I chose Coconut, Avocado, Jojoba and Almond}
What you’ll do:
- Place pads into container
- Measure 2 tbsp coconut oil and 1 tbsp each Avocado, Jojoba, and Almond oil
- In beaker or small glass dish, combine carrier oils
- Pour carrier oils over cotton pads
- Allow to sit and soak up at least overnight
*To use, gently wipe over eyes to remove makeup. Please avoid using essential oils in this product – essential oils used near the eye in this manner can be unsafe.
