It’s National Creamsicle Day! We’re celebrating with two of our favorite essential oils: Sweet Orange and Vanilla Oleoresin. These two oils create the perfect combination of citrus and sweet that is delightfully reminiscent of that favorite frozen treat. If you’re looking to enjoy all that creamy goodness, we’ve got some incredible DIYs for you to try.
Creamsicle Diffuser Blend
What you’ll need:
- 4 Drops Sweet Orange
- 3 drops Vanilla Oleoresin

What you’ll do:
Add drops to your diffuser to fill your home with a creamy, citrusy aroma. Please note, Vanilla Oleoresin can leave a residue in your diffuser, so make sure to clean your diffuser after using this blend.
Vanilla and Orange Jojoba Oil
What you’ll need:
- 2 tsp Vanilla Infused Jojoba Oil
- 9 drops Sweet Orange

What you’ll do:
Once you’ve infused your Jojoba Oil with your Vanilla Oleoresin (find the recipe here), add the Orange Sweet for a delightful, citrusy oil.
Vanilla Bath Bomb
What you’ll need:
- ½ cup baking soda
- ¼ cup Epsom salt
- ¼ cup cornstarch
- ¼ cup citric acid
- 1 tsp alcohol
- 4 tsp. Fractionated Coconut Oil
- 1 teaspoon water
- Silicone molds
- Soap coloring (optional)
- 7 drops Vanilla Oleoresin
- 8 drops Sweet Orange
Add all these products to your cart
What you’ll do:
- Whisk baking soda, Epsom salt, cornstarch, and citric acid thoroughly.
- In a separate bowl, mix alcohol and Vanilla Oleoresin until blended.
- In the same bowl, mix coconut oil, water, Orange Sweet, and soap coloring (if desired).
- Slowly add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and whisk together. Add only a small amount of liquid at a time, whisking thoroughly each time.
- Push firmly into silicone molds and allow to dry overnight.
