Warming Balm

Plant Therapy DIY Christmas Projects Warming Balm

During the cold winter months, we can find ourselves feeling tight and “creaky.” Often, I turn to warm drinks, warm baths, and soothing essential oils to create a sense of warmth in those parts of my body that need a little extra TLC. For this recipe I’ve also turned to some common household ingredients to really up the “wow” factor & make this balm one of my new favorite’s from my winter toolbox.

Enjoy the warm, soft fragrance and the fact that moving is a bit easier! Treat yourself kindly this winter and indulge in this aromatic winter warming balm.
