New Body Oils & Why They're Great For Your Skin

Our product team has been hard at work reformulating our products and creating exciting new additions to our body care collection. Just this year we’ve introduced bath bombs, face oils, hand soaps, and much more. Our team’s newest creations are beautifully scented body oils. After Sunshine and Best Mom Ever limited-edition body oils, we had countless requests for permanent offerings. You asked, and we delivered! Available in Black Pepper Magnolia, Tropical Passion, and Tangerine Jasmine, we’re sure you’ll find one that is perfect for you!

Tangerine Jasmine Body Oil

Body Oils Benefits

First things first – why do we love body oil? Body oil is an excellent choice for people looking for daily moisturization, but don’t want the heavy richness of body butter. Body oils will absorb quickly and leave your skin feeling silky smooth. They are perfect for warding off irritated skin caused by temperature changes and daily life.

These new oils are also a great tool for massages! Must-haves for anyone who enjoys at-home relaxation, these light oils are easy to work into the skin and will leave you feeling fully pampered. Plus, our newest creations smell absolutely fantastic!

Our team has formulated scents we’re sure you’ll fall in love with. Black Pepper Magnolia combines Black Pepper, Sweet Orange, and Magnolia Flower to create a lovely sweet orange blossom scent with just a hint of spice. Tropical Passion is wonderfully bold and fruity from the Sweet Orange, Mandarin Orange, and Tangerine. And Tangerine Jasmine has a lovely fruity, floral aroma with hints of warm spice from the Clove Bud and Vetiver.

Ingredients We Love

Each of the new oils is made with Organic Sunflower Oil, Jojoba Oil, Organic Argan Oil, and Vitamin E. All the ingredients together make for a highly moisturizing and nourishing skin care blend that’s excellent for adding to your regular routine.

Organic Sunflower Oil

With high amounts of Vitamins A, B, D, E, and other minerals, Organic Sunflower Oil is perfect for skincare. The lecithin and unsaturated fatty acids make it a fabulous skin conditioner and it is generally great for all skin types.

Jojoba Oil

Jojoba isn’t actually an oil, it’s a liquid wax, but it’s still one of our favorite carrier “oils” for skincare! It closely resembles our skin’s natural oils and is rich in vitamin E. It’s good for all skin types, but especially oily, blemish-prone, reddened, and rough or dry skin.

Organic Argan Oil

Argan Oil is another great skin conditioner, but it’s also known for its anti-aging properties. Rich in vitamin E and essential fatty acids, Argan Oil can help diminish the appearance of fine lines, restore elasticity, and promote an overall complexion “glow.”

This oil is great for all skin types, including dry, breakout-prone, and sensitive skin. Although allergic reactions are rare, people with nut allergies should consult their physician before using this product.

Vitamin E

Vitamin E is one of our favorite ingredients to add to our body care products and body oils. It’s known for having antioxidant benefits which can help slow down the skin’s aging process. And who doesn’t want that? Applied topically, it can help nourish and support healthy skin.

Body Oil Tips

These new body oils are ideal for quick, on-the-go moisturization. Here’s how to get the most out of them:

  • Apply after you shower, when your pores are open and they can retain more of the oil.
  • Exfoliate before applying any type of moisturizer, so your product can absorb quicker and deeper.
  • Make sure to add a heavier product to your routine if you have very dry skin. Try applying body butter or creme right before bedtime.
  • These body oils are not designed to be used on the face. Each contains an essential oil blend diluted at 2%, which is higher than our recommended amount for the face (1%).
