Fall is in full swing and we are loving it. There’s no better time to cozy up inside, get crafty with some DIYs, and luxuriate in your favorite fall scents.
What better way to discover new recipes than to ask our favorite people, our customers! We ran a contest in our SEOR (Safe Essential Oil Recipe) Facebook group asking for DIYs and we were not disappointed. The three winners will be featured here on our blog. Today’s winner is a fabulous recipe for Apple Orchard Essential Oils Wax Melts by Cassey Beseth!
Apple Orchard Essential Oil Wax Melts

What you’ll need:

16 drops Orange Sweet

10 drops Copaiba Oleoresin

10 drops Silver Fir

8 drops Vanilla Oleoresin

6 drops Chamomile Roman

¼ cup Beeswax Pellets

3 tbsp Coconut Oil
What you’ll do:
Mix essential oils in a stock bottle and allow them to meld for 24 hours. This is your master blend.
Slowly melt Beeswax and Coconut Oil in a double boiler. Once melted, remove from heat and allow to cool slightly. Stir in essential oils, pour into molds, and allow to set. Remove from molds and enjoy!
If you don’t have Silver Fir on hand, substitute it with Balsam Fir for the same effect.
