All About Spanish Marjoram & Clementine

To kick off the new year, we are introducing two Mediterranean oils known to boost the immune system and help lift feelings of fatigue and nervous tension.

Our Spanish Marjoram and Clementine oils are an Oil of the Month offering throughout the month of January. Check back with us soon to see if we have added it to our collection.

Spanish Marjoram Essential Oil

Tackle wintertime woes with the powerful properties of Spanish Marjoram Essential Oil. Rich in 1,8-cineole, this pungent, fresh oil offers immediate support when seasonal illness strikes. Also called Wild Marjoram or Mastic Thyme, Spanish Marjoram is a wild growing Mediterranean herb cultivated in Spain and traditionally used during times of cold and flu symptoms due to its purifying and immune-boosting properties. Gently inhale to help alleviate uncomfortable congestion, coughing, and sinus headaches, or dilute and apply topically to soothe achy muscles and warm up cold limbs. The strong, camphor-like scent makes this oil a great choice for topical salves or diluted in a carrier oil and added to a warm, relaxing bath. Spanish Marjoram also helps to lift feelings of lethargy and fatigue by stimulating the mind, while the linalool content offers a sense of balance when feeling overwhelmed or nervous.

Clementine Essential Oil

A sweet, refreshing, and cheerful essential oil, Clementine is just what you need to beat the cold weather blues and give your immune system a boost. A natural hybrid of mandarin and sweet orange, these juicy fruits are harvested from picturesque orchards dotting the Italian countryside, where their rinds are cold-pressed to produce this exquisitely uplifting oil. Inhaling the aroma can quickly elevate your mood and support concerns related to restlessness, fatigue, and nervous tension, while being safe enough for the whole family to enjoy. Diffuse after a long day or to help little ones calm their minds before drifting off to sleep. Clementine’s high limonene content makes this a great choice to help purify the air, banish stale and musty odors, and add a burst of natural cleansing power to your household cleaners. When added to facial oils or cleansers, Clementine supports a bright, youthful appearance and helps balance oily, blemish-prone skin types.
