1. Gather All Your Supplies
All you need for this Mason Jar Lamp is a mason jar, citrus slices, vegetable oil, and some floating wicks (you can find them on Amazon). And you’re not limited to citrus slices! You can use flowers, petals, or any other decorative item you wish.
2. Add It All to Your Jar
Start by adding your citrus slices to the jar and then fill it up 3/4 of the way with water. Combine your essential oils with the vegetable oil and add it to the jar. Once all the oil has risen to the top, you can add the floating wick.
3. Light Your Lamp
All that’s left is to light your Mason Jar Lamp! The vegetable oil provides several hours of burning power to your candle. It’ll make the perfect addition to your porch, patio, or backyard BBQ.

What you’ll need:
- Mason jar
- Citrus slices

Add your citrus slices (or any other decorative items you wish) to your mason jar. Fill the jar ¾ of the way full with water. In a separate dish, combine 30-40 drops of your chosen summer blend with ¼ cup vegetable oil. Pour the vegetable oil into the mason jar, add a floating wick, and light it.
