We all know those people. The ones who have a diffuser in every room of the house. No judgment here! More than a few of us at Plant Therapy fall into that category. But for those of you who are just getting started with essential oils, it can be hard to know where to start. Not to worry. There are just three places in your home where you need a diffuser and here’s why:
The Living Room
It’s no surprise that the living room is first on the list. After all, it’s where we binge-watch our favorite shows or have a family game night or maybe even practice yoga first thing in the morning.
Diffusing essential oils can help promote relaxation and create a healthy living environment for you and your family.
The Kitchen
Anyone who’s ever cooked fish knows that smells can linger (ewww).
Even cooking the most inoffensive of dishes can often leave a smell behind. And let’s not even talk about the dishes in the sink. Adding a diffuser to the kitchen can help clean the air and eliminate any unfortunate food odors.
Try our Deodorizing blend to really help zap bad smells!
The Bedroom
And last but not least, the bedroom. The place where we sleep, relax and recharge after a long day, or even enjoy intimacy with that special someone. Essential oils and your diffuser are there help enhance each of those experiences, whether it’s getting a restful night’s sleep or setting a romantic mood.
We also have a great blog post about which essential oils can help you get a great night’s sleep!
