How to Use

Diffuse or add to a carrier oil and massage onto wrists before bedtime to help drift off into dreamland for a restorative night of rest.

Please shake well before use.

Aromatic: Diffuse using 3-4 drops per 100 mL of water.
Topical: Dilute to a maximum of 3% in a carrier.
